About Us

The Coffee Workshop is a family-owned business, operated by two couples. The Coffee Workshop has been running for 6 years, but in the last two years we have undergone some huge changes!

Located on Essex street, Christchurch, we have the face of the business, The Vinyl Cafe, in the front, where you can get coffee and a snack in a cafe full of character! The Coffee Workshop is located out the back and is where we prep, blend and roast your beans so that you can may your own brew at home! 

 

When you come into the store you will likely be greeted by Dayle. Dayle has been in the coffee industry for over 30 years and have formulated and created all of your favourite blends from The Coffee Workshop! Nicola can be found out the back creating the delicious food in the cafe and also handling orders, and managing the admin! 

Reuben is our roasting specialist and is usually found out the back with his partner Kate who handles the orders and helps out around the shop!
